This module explains in simple English the issues you will need to know if you find yourself in a situation where you have to lodge an application to be paid under the Building & Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 Qld. Preparation of a payment claim and adjudication application is described.

This module will take you approximately four (4) hours to complete.
