Refund Policy
Edex CPD provides access to training material and examinations. Refunds are awarded on a case-by-case basis and only under the most exceptional of circumstances.
Incorrect Course Registration
If you enrol in the wrong course, Edex CPD will transfer you enrolment to the correct course, provided that you have not accessed the incorrect course nor attempted the examination related to the incorrect course. Requests to transfer courses should be submitted using our course transfer request form or posted to Course Manager, Edex-CPD, 63 Braeside Avenue, Seacombe Heights SA 5047.
If the price of the correct and incorrect courses are different then the difference will be billed or refunded to your credit card.
Other Refunds Requests
Only under the most exceptional circumstances will a refund of a course registration fee be granted. If a refund is granted then NO CPD points will be available to the student for that course.
Requests for refunds should be submitted using our refund request form or posted to The Refund Officer, Edex-CPD, 63 Braeside Avenue, Seacombe Heights SA 5047. The request should include the reason(s) for seeking the refund. When assessing your request for a refund we will consider the reasons that you provide and your use of the course and exam tracked by our system.
If a refund is granted then it will be returned to the credit card that paid for the course registration.

This refund policy may change from time to time. This policy was last updated in October 2005.
